Erica, congratulations on making it 2 1/2 years. I never smoked but my dad did (lung cancer took him four years ago) and my sister does and both struggled with trying to stop and were not able too kick the addiction.
Sharon - I am so sorry to hear about your dad. It is a very, very addicting habbit. I still crave them every day. Even though it was God who gave me the strength to quit, the Nicotrol Inhaler helped me a lot. Maybe suggest that to your sister.
