Haha!! That looks like quite a familiar scene around my house! I finally just took off and left off our high chair's liner/padding, as I was tired of reaasmbling it over and over again after washing it for the hundredth time, LOL! I hopped over from MckMama's too! (also a Minnesota Mom!)
